The website automatically calculates the shipping cost of the products in your shopping cart. You can begin the checkout process to review your shipping options.
>> Have you shipped this order yet? If your order was placed before 1PM EST, it will be shipped same-day. When orders are shipped, their status is updated to “shipped” in your account area. You should receive an email confirmation when the status of your order is updated, but sometimes these emails are caught by spam filters. Please log into your account to check the status of your order. >> My express shipment did not arrive overnight. Can I get a refund for the cost of shipping? Express
mail takes two days to arrive to certain locations. We only offer
refunds for express shipments if the order was received before our
cutoff for same-day shipping, but was not dropped-off to the post
office on time. This has not happened once yet. We do not offer refunds
for the shipping cost of shipments that take longer than expected, even
if the service is guaranteed by usps. > Where can I track my packages? We
ship all packages USPS. You can enter your delivery confirmation number
at http://www.usps.com to get some information about the status of your
order. The delivery confirmation or tracking number for your order can
be found by logging into your account. This information is also sent
along with the order update email that was sent when we shipped your
package. >> Why is the status of my order not showing at usps.com? First-class
and Priority Mail packages come with delivery confirmation, which
allows you to check if the package has been delivered. Other updates
may be available, but are not guaranteed. It is common for usps.com to
not show any information about a package until delivery.
>> How long will my order take to arrive? We offer first-class, priority, and express mail services. First class usually doesn't take longer than 5 days to arrive. Priority takes 1-3 days, and Express usually arrives overnight but takes two days to some locations. If you're outside of the USA, this is very hard to estimate because packages are sometimes held up in customs for no apparent reason.
>> Can you tell me how to use this herb? We are not doctors nor herbalists, and are not able to advise the use of any of our herbs. Many of our products are not sold for consumption, and we will not answer any questions regarding the consumption of these products. Please consult a doctor or herbalist before using any herbal product. >> Can you send me information about this herb? Sometimes it is difficult to find accurate information about some herbs. Many of our ethnobotanical specimens have not been studied extensively, and it is very common to find conflicting information about less-common herbs. Please do your own research before deciding to purchase a product. Check our links page for some useful resources. >> Can I have a sample of this herb? We do not ship free samples aside from those we sometimes include with paid orders. Though it may seem like it, we do not ship samples with every order. The samples we ship are products we are trying to promote. Though we are interested to know what sorts of products you are interested in, please do not expect us to fulfill specific sample requests.
>> My CC payment was declined, but my statement shows the transaction. We use AVS (Address Verification Service) to check your billing information against the information on file with your bank. If the information does not match, your payment will be declined. If you are having trouble paying, please doublecheck your billing information. If you check your bank statement after a failed transaction, it may look like like the payment went through. This is only because your bank authorized the payment; our merchant processor denied it. If the card was declined during checkout, the payment was NOT processed. Here is an explanation from wikipedia: "Declined due to AVS Mismatch, the authorization code, along with the hold on the authorized funds, will remain on the customer's card until the card issuing bank removes the authorization. As a result, the held funds may be subtracted from the customer's available balance, and an online statement may reflect the authorization request which might be mistaken for an actual charge. Most card issuing banks will remove authorizations within 3-7 days if they are not claimed for settlement."
