PAYMENTS We accept payments by check, money order, PayPal, Visa, American Express and Mastercard. We are not able to accept international checks or money orders. International customers may pay by Credit Card or Paypal. PROCESSING TIME Most orders received before 1PM (Mon-Fri EST) will be shipped same-day. In general, orders ship within one business day of payment being received and fully cleared. For credit card and Paypal purchases, your order will ship within 1 business day of being placed; for Check or Money Order purchases, your order will ship within 1 business day of your payment being received and cleared through our bank, unless you are a trusted regular customer and have requested special arrangements. PACKAGING All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, addressed from "LLG." Depending on the weight, size, and shipping method, your package may arrive in a padded mailer, plain cardboard box, or USPS priority/express packaging. TRACKING After a package is shipped, the customer will receive a notification that includes any relevant delivery confirmaton or tracking information, depending on the shipping service selected. We purchase delivery confirmation for all domestic first-class and priority shipments. USPS does not offer any form of true tracking for priority shipments, however the delivery status can be checked at usps.com. INSURANCE By default, packages are not sent with insurance. Please contact us if you require insurance for your order. RESHIPPING We will reship any domestic order that is lost in transit or returned to us, for an additional shipping fee. International customers must be aware of their customs regulations and national laws. We are not able to reship any order that is delayed or destroyed in customs. If customs returns a package to us for containing herbs restricted in the destination country, we will refund the amount paid for the products, but the shipping charge will not be refunded. RETURNS / REFUNDS All sales are final once you have opened your package. If your package is missing anything, or you feel the products are not as they were described on the site, please contact us. Express mail takes two days to arrive to certain locations. We only offer refunds for express shipping fees if the order was received before our cutoff for same-day shipping, but was not dropped-off to the post office on time. This has not happened once yet. We do not offer refunds for the shipping cost of shipments that take longer than expected, even if the service is guaranteed by usps. |
